2nd Act Players’ Hannah Goodman to study acting in NYC

Hannah Goodman, who wowed audiences during the 2nd Act Players’ 2017 performances of Moving Boxes, has been accepted for a summer study program at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York.

The 133-year-old conservatory numbers among its alumni Jessica Chastain, Anne Hathaway, Robert Redford. Lauren Bacall, Danny DeVito, Kirk Douglas and scores of other acting notables.

Hannah, who will be starting her senior year at Evanston Township High School in the fall, played Julia in Moving Boxes, a granddaughter who learns the meaning of family from your ailing grandmother.

“We knew Hannah was a special actor when we worked with her, it’s nice to see others acknowledging that as well. She is going to have an amazing time in New York” says 2nd Act Players founder John N. Frank.
