Creativity can not occur in a vacuum, so every time we get recognition like this article, it encourages us to go on with our efforts to showcase new writers and new actors at the 2nd Act Players.
Audiences will be asked to select a winning script from among the six. A Judge’s Choice winner also will be announced Sunday, Sept. 24. Tickets are now on sale for both performances for $10 in advance, $15 at the door.
Our mission is to showcase new talent and we routinely have cast members ranging in age from 16 to 60+ as part of that mission. This fall, we’ll be at it again with our newest play, “Moving Boxes.”
