Come see Jonathan Vaughn as the Conductor

Jonathan Vaughn got into acting because he felt immediately at home on the stage. His favorite role to date has been Peter Pan. “Despite him being very uncooperative, he was a lot of fun to portray,” says Jon.

His dream role would be Hamlet, but his love of language also leads him to say he’d love to do any Shakespearean role. “There’s so much depth and meaning to be found in his words,” Jon says of the Bard.

Regarding his character in ArLynn Leiber Presser’s Remembrance, Jonathan, says “He is Hermes, the reflection of all who guide the dead to their final rest.”

Jon is a new addition to the Remembrance cast since its run last April in Winnetka, one of many reasons to come see the play Jan. 29-31 at the Noyes Cultural Arts Center in Evanston, even if you saw it last spring in Winnetka.
