Ayden Lopez has loved acting since he was a child, so it’s little surprise he is making a second appearance as a character in ArLynn Leiber Pressser’s Remembrance this Jan. 29-31 at the Noyes Cultural Arts Center in Evanston.
Ayden also was in Remembrance during performances held last April in Winnetka when he played an angel. This January, he’ll be portraying Chandler, a young man whose life was cut tragically short.
Asked his favorite role, Ayden recalled many but narrowed his choice down to the role of Ernie in Hot Air Balloons. His dream role would be the Rabbit in Sam Shepard’s Angle City.
Of Chandler, he says, “he had constantly had a weight on his heart while living in Remembrance.”
Come see Chandler and the other cast members of Remembrance in three very special performances Jan. 29-31 at the Noyes Cultural Arts Center in Evanston. Friday and Saturday night shows start at 7:30, Sunday’s is a 3:30 matinée.
