Mark Newton, who is understudying the role of Seneca Paris in ArLynn Leiber Presser’s Remembrance, got into acting because of the encouragement of a friend. His favorite role to date has been playing the Policeman in Mary Poppins, although he notes that Seneca Paris is becoming his new favorite role of all time.

Of Seneca, he says “he is torn between his life as a general and what it could have been with Georgia.” To find out what that means, come see Mark perform as Seneca in Remembrance Jan. 31, Sunday, at 3:30 at the Noyes Cultural Arts Center in Evanston. Simply click here to buy your tickets today.
