2nd Act Players WebSite See Record Traffic in 2021

The 2nd Act Players’ website racked up a record 14,522 views in 2021, fitting for a year when all it’s productions were done solely online.

More than 6,700 individuals visited the site over the course of the year in which the 2nd Act Players produced the award-winning play What Good Did we See Today as part of its spring online show entitled Pandemic Stories.

In July, a second online show, Black Flag, was done by the 2nd Act Players in cooperation with playwright Idris Goodwin.

The 2nd Act Players announced later in July that it was suspending all further operations in 2021 and early 2022.

That didn’t prevent it from winning a BroadwayWorld.com Chicago regional award for What Good Did we See Today which was selected as best streaming play for 2021.
