Come see what the media’s writing about — our #MeToo Play Festival

Word is starting to spread about the 2nd Act Players’ #MeToo Play Festival. The Daily Northwestern, the student newspaper for Northwestern University, wrote about us today, click here to read what they had to say.

The festival also is getting coverage in the Evanston Patch and Evanston Roundtable.

And there’s more to come.

Evanston Live TV will be at a rehearsal this week and 2nd Act Cofounders John Frank and Carolyn Calzavara are scheduled to be on the PLAYTIME with Bill Turck and Kerri Kendall on WCGO this Sunday talking about opening night and the festival’s other scheduled performances.

Come and see what all the coverage is about — 6 plays from 6 women examining issues raised by the MeToo movement, followed by audience discussion with playwrights, actors and leaders of notable women’s and religious organizations involved in the movement. Read more about it all on our festival page, and then click here for tickets. Shows are Saturdays at 7:30, Sundays at 3:30 on May 19-20, 26-27.
