The 2nd Act Players held its first All-Star improv fund-raiser Thursday, Aug. 20, at Little Ricky’s in Winnetka with a small but enthusiastic crowd in attendance and received a range of donations to kick off its 2015 fund-raising campaign.
Our thanks to all you attended and donated funds to help us make dreams into reality on the stage this year and in 2016. And special thanks to Little Ricky’s owner for allowing us to put on the show there. we love Little Ricky’s!
Funds collected go to back our two productions this year, Boys in the Basement and Remembrance, and to launch our one-act play competition in 2016.

Special thanks to the improv-ers who donated their services to perform at the event, Wizards & Oz, Snow and my last-minute show-must-go-on fill-ins for the 2nd Act Players Improv Wing, Oz Sozen and Jon Vaughn.

We’ll be staging another All-Star Improv night Wednesday, Sept. 23, at Smylie Brothers Brewing Co., in Evanston, come enjoy the show and support the 2nd Act Players!
