Our crowd-funding goal is within reach

Our crowd-funding goal for “Talking with My Dad,” is within sight with less than four days to go in our campaign.

Twenty-four donors have given a total of $1,350 so far, a truly amazing showing from friends and family interested in supporting our artistic endeavors.

You too can join the group of patrons making our show a reality this November.

Crowd-funding dollars will go to pay our designer, director and stage manager, as well as cover  some of the costs involved with rental of the Piven Theatre for two weekends this November.   Ticket sales are not likely to cover all the expenses involved with mounting a one-act play, which is where the crowd-funding comes into play.

The Evanston 2nd Act Players also are in the process of incorporating as a not-for-profit arts group so we can continue  presenting exciting new stage works that deal with people in transitional moments of their lives. So helping us now will make you a founding patron of our group as well.

Thank you all in advance and hope to see you in November!
